Calibration of the microdialysis probe First, the suitability of raltitrexed to be used as a retrodialysis calibrator was examined. This was further confirmed by the in vivo study, where the loss of these two compounds through the probe placed in the frontal cortex was similar figure 4 ; , though the in vivo loss of pemetrexed and raltitrexed was lower than their in vitro values.
